031 Is Trace Mineral An Oxymoron?

Absolutely not!

Even though calling it a “trace” makes you think it is not important – nothing could be further from the truth.

In my learning from Dr. Wallach, I know minerals are of major importance in our bodies.

I have to admit I kind of thought it was an oxymoron because no one ever explained why they were called “trace” minerals.

So it lay there in my “undefined”, therefore “unknown” and “dismissed from importance” category. Do you have one of those?

Well, when I found out Selenium was a trace mineral and then learned its HUGE IMPORTANCE…especially in relation to cancer concerns…I got interested. And took action.
